This French Cuisine restaurant has an array of delicious dishes prepared by Executive Chef Martin Woesle. The restaurant offers a full bar, elegant lounge, a very inviting happy hour menu and also banquet and private rooms for large groups. The interior décor of Mille Fleurs is a vivacious mélange of fireplaces and tapestries with a piano bar that charms several musical types of jazz tunes desirable for an after-dinner martini. Many of the local affluent gourmands visit this elegantly designed restaurant for hearty, gourmet, French inspired dishes that extend far beyond the ordinary.
Each dish prepared by the chef is an exquisite pastiche of tastes, like the honey-glazed Australian lamb chops with multicolored turnips and blue cheese gratin. Other favorite dishes also include the over-roasted stuffed quails, the soft shell crab over corn and fried leeks and the grilled wild bass with mussels.
