February 25-27, Silver Bay Kennel Club Dog Show
One of the largest in the U.S., it will be held in the O’Brien, Bing Crosby and Exhibit Halls. A dog agility competition also will be featured. A tram is available to take the public to that competition. Admission is free. No pets. Only dogs participating in the show are allowed.

February 26, Tall Ship Cannon Battles
Experience the thrill of tall ship maneuvers and tactical combat at sea aboard one of the two tall ships as they battle each other with black powder cannons. The best free viewing areas are from the Broadway Pier, Embarcadero Park, Cabrillo National Monument, and Coronado Landing. See website for admission fee if you want to be aboard ship.
